Your Google pin isn't yours
Map pins are often created by strangers, with old hours and blurry photos. On Cafeography, your details come from you and carry the date you confirmed them.

What payment never buys. The Checked mark only appears after we confirm details with the café, and it isn't for sale. Paying never removes or demotes another café's free listing. Paid pages are always labeled Featured. We don't write, buy or publish reviews.

Questions café owners ask
Is listing a café on Cafeography free?
Yes. A basic card on the city, area and category pages is free and stays free. Only the Featured page costs money, and it is labeled as paid wherever it appears.
Can a featured page on Cafeography use my café's own design?
Yes. Every featured page can use your café's colors, fonts and logo, taken from your sign, menu or website, at no extra cost. If you prefer, it uses the standard Cafeography look instead. You approve the design before the page goes live.
How do café owners pay for a featured page?
By card or bank transfer, after you have approved the finished page. In Vietnam you can also pay in đồng by bank transfer or VietQR. You pay once a year, there is no automatic renewal, and we send a receipt.
Can I send my café's details in my own language?
Yes. Send your story, menu and details in your own language and we write the English page from them. Dish names and the address stay in the original language so visitors can show them to staff or a driver.
Can cafés outside the live cities join Cafeography?
Yes. Owners anywhere can submit a café now. It is listed as soon as its city goes live, and submissions from a city help decide which one opens next. A featured page can be prepared in advance and published on launch day.
What happens if I stop paying for a featured page?
At the end of the paid year the page turns back into a free card. Your café stays in the directory with its basic details. Nothing is deleted unless you ask us to remove the listing.
How do I correct or remove my café's listing?
Use the form on this page and choose the free option, or email us. We correct details within a few working days. Owners can also ask for a listing to be removed, for example after the café closes.
