Brunch in Singapore is mostly a café meal served all day, Tuesday to Sunday, while the champagne brunches of the big hotels are generally a Sunday affair.1 The spread is wide: as of May 2026 a brunch could cost anything from S$5 at a hawker centre to S$230 before service charge and tax at a hotel buffet.1
The all-day breakfast format took hold early. Wild Honey, started by the husband-and-wife team Guy Wachs and Stephanie Hancock, has served all-day breakfast and brunch since 2009, from a menu drawn on their travels, and its flagship is in Mandarin Gallery on Orchard Road.2 In May 2026 a meal there ran S$22–35.1
Local tip: At weekends, reach Atlas Coffeehouse on Duke's Road before 10:00, since it takes no reservations; Punch on North Canal Road is open from 08:00 every day.1

Café brunch sits between the two extremes. In May 2026 a meal at Common Man Coffee Roasters cost about S$18–28, and at Atlas Coffeehouse S$15–25 with coffee, where the hotcakes with passionfruit curd were S$19–22.1 Those menu prices come before service charge and GST.1
At Tolido's Espresso Nook on Crawford Lane, the 462 Prawn Laksa Pasta was S$18 and the Avo & Omega Rösti S$24 in October 2026, both with tax still to be added.3 Hotel champagne brunches are another budget: the popular ones sell out at weekends, and tables are best booked one to two weeks ahead.1
Punch, at 32 North Canal Road near Clarke Quay, draws a returning crowd of regulars every weekend and has an open courtyard at the back with wooden benches.4 Its Earl Grey pancakes with poached pear cost S$21 and the Dean's Breakfast, built around Vegemite on toast, S$18 in 2026.4 It opens 08:00–18:00 every day, and later in the morning the lunch menu adds dishes such as tiger prawn and scallop aglio olio at S$25.4
Wild Honey's Mandarin Gallery branch is at 333A Orchard Road, and Cafe de Muse, also in Orchard, is open 24 hours. For a weekday brunch in Bras Basah, Ah Nam Kopi on Stamford Road closes at 17:00, and at 15:30 on Saturdays.
Atlas Coffeehouse at 6 Duke's Road takes no reservations, so arrive before 10:00 at weekends.1 It opens 08:00–19:00 from Tuesday to Sunday. Nearby, Knead Kopi at 7 Watten Rise starts at 06:00 on Monday to Wednesday and Friday and at 07:00 on Saturdays, and closes on Thursdays and Sundays.
Further north, Columbus Coffee Co. at 220 Upper Thomson Road serves 09:00–22:00 from Tuesday to Saturday and until 19:00 on Sundays, and Bao Er Cafe at 400 Balestier Road is open daily 08:00–20:00. In Everton Park, Tina's Cafe at 5 Everton Park is open until 22:00 every day.
Tolido's Espresso Nook, at 462 Crawford Lane, opens at 08:00 from Tuesday to Sunday and closes on Mondays. Common Man Stan, in the Chinatown and Telok Ayer area, keeps 07:30–17:30 every day.
